Director of operations Magic Johnson Development 2000-2003 (Responsible for day to day operations and development of mult-million dollar joint partnerships of Magic Johnson Theaters, Starbucks/Urban Coffee Opportunities, & Magic Johnson’s T.G.I.Friday’s. Licensed Store District Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company 2003-2007. Responsible for overseeing operations for partnerships between Target Inc, Safeway, Marriott Hotels, Albertsons, and Co-owner & head chef who Developed, Launched & Operated Yams Southern-Inspired Catering A full-service catering company that provided services for clients such as Miles Davis Estate, American Heart Association,  Magic Johnson Enterprises, Soul Train Partners, Sherri Sheppard ( of the View talk show, AARP, NBC-Universal, Los Angeles Urban League, Devry University  First Chef Instructor hired by the  American Heart Association(L.A) to implement, operate and develop Kids & Teens Cook with Heart Program a healthy culinary program impacting the health of over 500 youth and counting throughout Los Angeles, Long Beach & Santa Ana. Chef Consultant/ Educator for the FAME Corp & Dream Center Foundation Healthy Menu Project. Creating, training and implementing the Dream Center staff to create healthy recipes for the over 3000 residents, volunteers, and food insecure population they serve weekly.
